In United Properties' wholly-owned and joint venture investments, we have a portfolio of Class A and B office space, grocery-anchored retail properties, senior housing, medical offices and industrial projects.
In order to execute the company’s investment strategy, the Investment team is constantly seeking quality commercial and residential real estate opportunities, largely in the office, medical office, senior housing, industrial and retail areas. We track and evaluate all large investment properties for sale in markets we serve and pursue small to mid-size buildings that are identified as good opportunities.
For larger properties, we may partner with institutional investors on an acquisition. For small to mid-size buildings, the team typically seeks value-add opportunities. We also assess the need to sell select properties when appropriate, and we manage the entire sale process.
