United Properties' real estate investments include nearly 60 office, industrial, healthcare and retail properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Colorado. Our broad market expertise includes CBD high-rise office buildings and medical facilities to neighborhood shopping centers and industrial parks.

Our capital resources allow us to pursue investments for our ownership and to investigate co-investment and joint venture opportunities with others. We also look to the market to help us uncover new opportunities for acquisition.
