United Properties Named General Contractor for Mendota Heights Industrial Condo Project
MINNEAPOLIS (Jan. 26, 2004) — KAS Investment Co., Rochester, has selected United Properties as general contractor for its 38,400 square foot industrial condo building in Mendota Heights.
Scheduled for completion in April, the Mendota Heights Industrial Condo will be located at Pilot Knob Road and Enterprise Drive — a convenient location for access to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, Interstates 35E and 494 and Highways 55 and 13. United Properties will construct the office/showroom facility, which will feature 18-foot clear height ceilings, one dock per bay and 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing.
Architectural Concept Glass, owned by KAS, will occupy about 10,000 square feet. Up to five other buyers will share ownership in the property for which they will pay association dues pro-rated based on their square footage.
