United Properties to Provide Property Management, Leasing for Two Gabbert & Beck, Inc. Properties
MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 13, 2004) — Gabbert & Beck, Inc. has selected United Properties to provide property management for Centennial Lakes Plaza and property management and leasing services for Burnside Plaza.
United Properties will provide management for Centennial Lakes Plaza, a 197,000 square foot retail community center located at 77th Street and France Avenue in Edina, a prime business and retail location. Current tenants include Q.Cumbers Restaurant, OfficeMax, Old Navy, Organized Living and Ultimate Electronics.
Burnside Plaza also enjoys a prime location adjacent to Burnsville Center on County Road 42 in Burnsville. It is an 83,000 square foot neighborhood center featuring retail tenants such as Frank’s Nursery and Crafts and Buca DiBeppo.
United Properties’ Beth Holmgren is the senior property manager for both sites. Kim Meyer and Tricia Pitchford, United Properties retail associates, are leasing at Burnside Plaza.
