United Properties Awarded Property Management, Leasing Assignments for Opus Parkway

MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 18, 2004) — United Properties has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for the 5995 Opus Parkway building in prestigious Opus Park in Minnetonka.

5995 Opus Parkway is a 164,931 square foot Class A office building with convenient access to highways 169 and 62. G&K Services is the anchor tenant in the building. The building is currently 58 percent leased with 70,000 square feet currently available for lease.

Dennis Meadows will be United Properties’ senior property manager, and leasing will be handled by the team of Court Storey, Jim Jetland, Dan Wicker and Tom Sampair.
