United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services Selected By Argosy University For Facility Management Services
MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 20, 2004) — United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services has been selected by Argosy University/Twin Cities to provide facility management services at the school's new 85,000 square foot campus in Eagan, according to Paul Wallerius, national director of operations, United Properties Facility Management Services division.
United Properties will manage and provide engineering and maintenance services for Argosy University's entire campus, including buildings, grounds and parking facilities, plus engineering and maintenance. Greg Ault, United Properties facility manager, will lead the assignment.
United Properties began working with Argosy University in June of 2003 when it was selected to manage the school's move from its former Bloomington campus to its new, custom-built facility at Yankee Doodle and Pilot Knob Roads. The move was successfully completed in August and the school opened its doors to students in early September. Becky Schenk, United Properties project manager, directed the relocation.

This is Argosy University's first custom-built campus facility in the country. It is 50 percent larger than the school's former Twin Cities campus and features expanded student service and classroom areas, updated laboratory space, and increased access to high-tech learning opportunities. More than 1,300 students are enrolled at the campus.
