United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services Wins Global Portfolio Information Management Assignment for ADC Telecommunications, Inc.
MINNEAPOLIS (July 28, 2004) — United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services was recently selected by ADC Telecommunications, Inc. to assist in managing its global real estate portfolio information, according to Anne-Marie Cookson, director of Portfolio Information Management, United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services.
United Properties is providing comprehensive portfolio information support services, including leased and owned portfolio administration, Web-enabled data access and reporting, domestic rent management, invoice auditing and subtenant income recovery services for ADC’s portfolio of approximately 150 global locations.
