Mark Mundahl Returns to United Properties as Corporate Real Estate Services Director of Operations

MINNEAPOLIS (Dec. 21, 2004) — Mark Mundahl has joined United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services as director of operations. He is responsible for spearheading account transitions, support of strategic initiatives and leading the division’s Cost Reduction Solutions Group.

This marks Mundahl’s return to United Properties after 14 years. He originally joined the company in 1986 and advanced to assistant vice president in United Properties’ Property Management division. He was with the company until 1990.

Mundahl was most recently with Trammell Crow Company as director of support services on the American Express account. In this role, he led a global team of more than 500 people for the 10 million square foot portfolio.

Mundahl also was senior vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle on its Corporate Property Services team where he focused on new product and business development and client relationship management to support 40 clients in more than 5,000 locations.

Mundahl is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and resides in Independence with his wife and two children.
