MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 16, 2008) – United Properties announces the promotion of Eric Simmer to assistant vice president in the company’s Development group. A United Properties employee since January 2006, Simmer has played a significant role in several major office/industrial projects developed by the company and led the acquisition of additional development sites in the southwest metro.

Projects completed by Simmer include 35/13 Crossings, an 180,480-square-foot industrial project in Burnsville, and Staring Lake Corporate Center (Phase I), a 63,876-square-foot single story office/flex building in Eden Prairie.
