Applewood Pointe is a network of senior cooperative communities with locations in Bloomington, Maple Grove, New Brighton, Roseville and Woodbury, Minnesota, with new locations planned for Bloomington at Southtown, Minnetonka and Roseville at Langton Lake. In 2002, United Properties began developing Applewood Pointe communities with its first site in Roseville.
