The first phase of this grocery-anchored, mixed-use redevelopment included construction of a Cub Foods store along with neighborhood-oriented retail shops such as coffee shops and drycleaners.
The second phase of construction included demolition of the existing Cub Foods store to make way for the 50 Lyndale Green townhomes and rowhomes and a four-story, 95-unit Applewood Pointe senior cooperative.
A one-acre park was also constructed to provide a pedestrian-friendly connection between housing and retail shops.
