United Properties is seeking to acquire neighborhood centers anchored by strong grocers in Minneapolis-St. Paul, the Milwaukee-Chicago corridor and the front range of Colorado.
For joint venture projects, United Properties works with owners of land or existing centers for development, market and capital expertise to uncover the best retail solution.
We are particularly interested in projects that have a value-add component, whether it be leasing, redevelopment or repositioning of an asset within its trade area.
