Ownership |
United Properties is owned by the Pohlad family, private investors based in the Twin Cities, and continues its 90-year history as a locally owned, privately held corporation. The company was founded in 1916 by the Hamm family, another prominent Twin Cities business family, as a real estate investment company. The Hamm family held the company until its 1998 sale to the Pohlads.
