Health Care
United Properties offers three different medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Delta Dental of Minnesota provides dental insurance and Spectera is the provider for supplemental vision insurance.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO combines vacation, personal leave, and personal holidays into a single pool of hours and allows employees to use these hours as they see fit. PTO is earned based on employee’s length of service.
Company Holidays:
United Properties provides eight paid company holidays per year. Company holidays are not included in PTO.

Life Insurance
- United Properties provides basic employee, spouse life insurance, and travel accident insurance at no cost to the employees.

- United Properties provides short-term disability and long-term disability programs at no cost to the employees.
