United Properties hired by RREEF to manage
and lease Eagan Town Centre

MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 28, 2008) – United Properties, which recently announced it will reorganize its real estate services divisions under the NorthMarq name in May, was selected by RREEF Management Company to provide property management and leasing services for Eagan Town Centre. At the corner of I-35E and Yankee Doodle Road in Eagan, Minn., the 154,000-square-foot retail center includes tenants Rainbow foods, Office Depot and Old Chicago.

“We’re excited to partner with RREEF on Eagan Town Centre,” said Andy Sundgaard, United Properties senior vice president. “We’re honored they’ve entrusted us with the management and leasing of the property since they don’t often hire third-party firms for their real estate needs.”

The United Properties project team includes Kurt Stenson, senior property manager,  Ronn Thomas, senior retail leasing associate, Laura Tidrick, construction manager, Drew Harms, construction manager and Mary Selby, senior operations assistant.
