United Properties Veteran to Relocate to Colorado as Part of Company’s Growth Strategy
Dale Glowa brings nearly 25 years of office/industrial development expertise to Denver office
MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 2, 2008) – United Properties announced today that Dale Glowa, senior vice president−development, will relocate to Colorado this month as part of the company’s growth strategy. An office/industrial developer with the company for nearly 25 years, Glowa will focus on project and business park development in Denver, building upon the success of Ojala and Company, a Denver design/build developer acquired by United Properties earlier this year. Glowa also will help identify new land investment opportunities and related capital sources. United Properties first entered the Colorado real estate market in 2005 with the opening of a retail development division.

We are excited to have him hit the ground running.” Glowa is looking forward to opportunities in office, office flex and other commercial projects in Colorado. “This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in United Properties’ expansion into this market," he said. "The economy of Colorado is strong, and we will work to achieve competitive market share in office and industrial development.”
