DENVER (Sept. 20, 2021) — United Properties announced today that Joanna Bartnik has joined United Properties – Denver as its development manager. Bartnik reports to Megan (Turner) Kranichfeld, vice president of development.

Bartnik brings more than a decade of progressive work experience in real estate to her new role. She is responsible for supporting the overall industrial real estate development process and will lead and manage pre-development, due diligence, entitlement, design and construction for all of the company’s new industrial and office developments in the Denver market.

“We are thrilled to have Joanna join our team,” said Kranichfeld. “Her management experience and strategic oversight brings a unique perspective to our pre-development team that will be critical as we look to execute our industrial project pipeline in the Denver market.”

Most recently, Bartnik served as the senior director, portfolio management, for EverWest Real Estate Investors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in international business and a Master of Science in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver.
