Multi-million dollar renovation near St. Paul hospitals.

After purchasing the Doctor’s Professional Building in 2005, United Properties invested millions of dollars in upgrading the medical office, which is connected by tunnel to United and Children’s hospitals in St. Paul. The project added to United Properties’ expanding client list of more than 100 healthcare-related organizations in the Twin Cities.
