Bielenberg Gardens will be anchored by a 65,000-sq.-ft. to-be-announced food store and a 6,200-sq.-ft. liquor store operated by Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. along with a 12,300-sq.-ft. multi-tenant retail building and 10 additional retail outlots.
