Ford Center

Former Model T plant gets $42M makeover.

When first built in 1912, the Ford Center was an innovative vertical-assembly automotive plant. We worked with RJM Construction and architectural firm HGA to transform it into an innovative 21st-century office while retaining its historic character. Most of the 100-year-old windows were restored and preserved, and an entrance retains the train pass-through area used in the Model T assembly process. The building has won numerous industry awards.
