Connecting the dots in the popular North Loop.
Minneapolis’ North Loop made Fodor’s 2016 “Go List” as a “thriving hub of art, culture, and culinary innovation.”We’ve been there since the beginning of the neighborhood’s renaissance, starting with the Ford Center and continuing with the renovation of the Loose-Wiles Building. The Nordic will connect to Loose-Wiles by a public plaza with outdoor seating. The project will retain the century-old brick character of the historic neighborhood while adding parking and modern amenities to the densely populated area.
