Greenest industrial building in Minnesota

When the Saints baseball team moved to a new stadium in downtown Saint Paul, their former home became available for re-development. It was a rare opportunity to create a large amount of modern industrial space in the center of the metro. It is the first LEED®-certified multi-tenant industrial building in Minnesota and has the highest LEED® score of any industrial building in the state. We paid for the multi-million dollar environmental cleanup of the contaminated site and sought only tenants who would uphold green practices.
