The rapidly growing pharmacy benefits manager chose us to develop a 30-acre site that consolidates its IT and operations teams into a single location. The campus consists of two large office buildings joined by a centralized, connecting hub. The development initially housed approximately 2,000 employees with flexible space to accommodate future growth.
