Current Responsibilities
As vice president of asset management, Chris is responsible for setting and executing the strategic work plan for a portfolio of properties. He is responsible for the asset management for more than 20 properties, including Ford Center, Loose Wiles, The Nordic, Kickernick, Nilfisk, Perbix, Staring Lake Corporate Center and Superior Office Center. Chris also participates on the acquisition, disposition and financing teams.
Past Experience
Chris has worked within The Pohlad Companies since 2003. He began his career as a loan officer with Builders Mortgage Company, which later became Meridian Construction Capital Group. In 2011, Chris worked as a property manager with Meridian Land Company. In 2015, he joined United Properties as a senior investment analyst before being promoted to his current role.
Education
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in financial economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
