80th Street Crossing

A retail face-lift in Cottage Grove.

At 80^th Street Crossing, we brought needed upgrades to an existing shopping center. In the process, we re-tenanted the center, including an Ace Hardware anchor. We improved traffic issues at a busy intersection by removing entrances/exits on a congested street, as well as upgraded landscaping and stormwater treatments.
