Using land it owned next to Target Field, United Properties helped Be The Match, The National Marrow Donor Program, achieve three key objectives: increase its visibility in the Twin Cities corporate community, bring together nearly 900 employees and attract its increasingly millennial employee base with an appealing downtown location. It is the largest build-to-suit project in Minneapolis’ popular North Loop neighborhood.
