Loose-Wiles Building

A historic revitalization in the popular North Loop.

Built in 1911, the building was once home to the Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company (later Sunshine Biscuits) in Minneapolis. United Properties bought the building in a down market and gave it modern upgrades while maintaining its historic warehouse character. Loose-Wiles is now home to a variety of tenants, including marketing, architectural, legal and investment firms and a street-level restaurant.
