On the site of two car dealerships, United Properties converted one of the Twin Cities’ prime intersections into a vibrant, mixed-use development of residences, retail and restaurants. Working with the City of Bloomington, MN and StuartCo Development, United Properties shepherded the five-year project to a successful completion in the middle of an economic downturn.
