The District
Meeting an urgent housing need
We’re pleased to partner with StuartCo. and the HRA of Bloomington to meet a pressing urban need: affordable workforce housing. The third and final phase of the Penn American District development in Bloomington, MN, The District will provide close access to metro employers and will be within walking distance of retail and grocery. A Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station will be on the site. While the entire project is designed to meet the needs and price-point of the area’s workforce, fifty units will be designated for households with incomes less than 50% of the area’s median.
