Current Responsibilities
Andrea is responsible for managing daily operations and overseeing compliance audits, budget process and due diligence with our third-party operators for United Properties’ Senior Living communities. In addition, she also manages the coordination of marketing efforts across senior living brands, market research and analysis.
Past Experience
Andrea has over 15 years of experience in Senior Living. Prior to joining United Properties in 2021, she served as a Regional Director of Operations with a focus in New Developments for Ebenezer Management Services. She has held leadership roles for several senior living communities owned and managed by Ecumen and Augustana Care.
Education
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business – Healthcare Management from Concordia College – Moorhead and Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Andrea is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota.
