UNITED PROPERTIES IS PROUD TO BE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DIVERSITY COLLABORATIVE.

The Commercial Real Estate Diversity Collaborative (CREDC) is a coalition of organizations, companies, and individual members from the commercial real estate industry committed to changing the face of the industry by bridging resources and professional partners with diverse talent.

CREDC strives to create an industry that reflects the range of backgrounds of the communities it serves. To this end, the organization offers scholarships during fall and spring semesters to support promising students from underrepresented groups who have financial need in Minnesota. Established in 2013, this program has enabled many recipients to pursue their dreams of a career in commercial real estate.

CREDC is more than just financial support; it serves as a repository of best practices, knowledge, relationships, and resources. The organization connects with students, schools, professional associations, and companies, guiding diverse professionals in exploring various career paths, internships, and industry employment.

As a dedicated member of CREDC, United Properties has contributed funding for these scholarships and is proud to support the next generation of diverse talent in commercial real estate. Janelle MacLean, Corporate ESG Manager for United Properties, serves on the CREDC Committee.

At United Properties, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential components to building strong and sustainable communities. We are delighted to collaborate with CREDC to promote greater diversity in the commercial real estate sector and we look forward to continuing our commitment to this important cause.
