80th Street Crossing

A retail face-lift in Cottage Grove. At 80th Street Crossing, we brought needed upgrades to an existing shopping center. In the process, we re-tenanted the center, including an Ace Hardware anchor. We improved traffic issues at a busy intersection by removing entrances/exits on a congested street, as well as upgraded landscaping and stormwater treatments.

Caribou Coffee

Helping a national chain innovate and grow. We’ve been a frequent partner with Caribou, helping them design and build stores that reflect the company’s brand while fitting beautifully with the communities they serve. We’ve assisted in the opening of more than 20 stores across Minnesota, many in retail properties that we also own.

Penn & American

From car lots to hot spot. On a site formerly taken up by car dealerships, the City of Bloomington sought ways to redevelop this prime location near an international airport and several major employers. Penn & American is now home to restaurants, retail, an extended-stay hotel and residences.

Target Field Station

Music City grows. The latest addition to Minneapolis’s world-renowned music venues is on a compact slice of land next to the nationally acclaimed Minnesota Twins ballpark.
