Converting a client’s land into a lucrative asset.

Financial services company TIAA-CREF owned a vacant 4.1-acre parcel of land adjacent to an existing 3-building office park. Wary of investing further into a speculative development, the company turned to United Properties for help. By leveraging its expertise and leasing relationships, United Properties was able to pre-lease by encouraging tenants from neighboring buildings to expand in the new tower. TIAA-CREF now enjoys over $4 million a year in net operating income from the property.
