At Amira Minnetonka, we’re committed to sustainable development and environmentally conscious living. Our commitment to sustainability is evident in every aspect of the development, from our choice of materials to our energy-efficient design.
From increased ventilation in elevators, to low VOC materials, 20+ EV charging stations, and solar panels for common area electricity, we’re dedicated to empowering individuals to lead a thriving, eco-friendly lifestyle.
We’ve also designated 10% of our units as affordable and designed our units to have more natural light than required, reducing the need for artificial lighting. We’ve additionally contributed $930,000 in park dedication to the local area and utilized the Energy Design Assistance Program from Xcel Energy and CenterPoint Energy, which enabled us to receive rebates that our residents can benefit from.
