TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, ONE BEE AT A TIME.

United Properties is buzzing with excitement as we launch our new urban beekeeping program, promoting environmental stewardship and supporting the important role bees play in our ecosystem. In partnership with AlvƩole, a leading beekeeping organization, we have introduced beehives at two of our prominent locations: the Ford Center and Mendota Heights.

With two hives at each location, our urban beekeeping program is making a positive impact on local pollinator populations and enhancing biodiversity. Bees are essential for the pollination of plants, ensuring the growth of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. By providing a safe and nurturing habitat for these vital creatures, we are actively contributing to the health of our environment.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and community engagement, we are delighted to offer tenant gifts of locally harvested honey. In 2022, tenants had the opportunity to savor the delicious rewards of our urban beekeeping efforts. The honey, produced right on site, not only showcases the benefits of urban beekeeping, but also supports local and sustainable food production.

At United Properties, we are passionate about making a positive contribution to our environment and the communities we serve. Thatā€™s why we are excited to extend our successful urban beekeeping program to additional locations in 2023. This expansion will allow us to amplify our efforts to conserve pollinators and create a larger impact on the environment. By embracing urban beekeeping, United Properties is fulfilling its commitment to sustainability, biodiversity, and local ecosystems. We are honored to provide our tenants and communities with a special chance to connect with nature and help create a healthier, greener future.
