Current Responsibilities
As Human Resources Manager, Jen is responsible for a wide variety of HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and recognition, performance management, reporting, and policy administration. She oversees one direct report and is instrumental in ensuring the organization’s current and future HR needs are met.

Past Experience
With over 25 years of HR experience under her belt, Jen joined United Properties as a part-time Human Resources Associate in 2019. Since then, she has been promoted to Senior Human Resources Generalist in 2020 and Human Resources Manager in 2022. Before joining United Properties, Jen held a variety of human resources managerial roles with companies such as Accenture, MLT Vacations, StoneArch Creative, Travelers, Epicor Software Corp, and National Dentex Corp. In addition to her managerial experience, she has also worked as an HR consultant, secretary, and special education coordinator.

Professional and Community Involvement
Jen has been a key contributor to the Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management, serving in a variety of leadership positions. Moreover, she is a member of the Minneapolis Human Resources Leaders. Jen frequently donates her time to Feed My Starving Children and lends a hand to local initiatives.

Jen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
