Current Responsibilities
Jennifer is responsible for providing support to the senior housing team throughout the development process. She is tasked with leading and managing various activities, including pre-development, due diligence, entitlement work, internal approvals and coordination, design, and construction.

Past Experience
Before joining United Properties, Jennifer had served as a Construction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, an Associate Project Manager at JLL, and a Project Coordinator at The Waters Senior Living.

Professional and Community Involvement
Jennifer is an active participant in the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), the ULI MN Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDi) Program Steering Committee, the Minnesota chapter of Corporate Real Estate Women’s group (MNCREW), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Education
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of St. Thomas and is licensed to practice real estate in Minnesota.
