Current Responsibilities
Julie is responsible for the promotion and sales of the Four Seasons Private Residences, part of the RBC Gateway mixed-use project.

Past Experience
Julie has an extensive background in commercial real estate, having worked as a senior associate with Northco, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for tenant and client relationships and lease management. She then went on to join RJM Construction as director of business development, where she focused on developing new business in the healthcare and downtown Minneapolis markets. After that, she held the same position at Anderson CC, Inc., a commercial general contractor in the Twin Cities specializing in office and medical construction.

Professional & Community Involvement
Julie is an esteemed member of MNCAR, having served as the past golf committee chair and won the 2013 MNCAR Volunteer of the Year Award. Additionally, she has been involved with NAIOP Minnesota since 2010, co-chairing the special events committee since 2015, and was awarded the 2015 NAIOP Volunteer of the Year Award.

Education
Julie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Augsburg College.
