Tom Strohm

Current Responsibilities
Tom is responsible for supporting the overall commercial real estate development process and leading and managing many tasks associated with pre-development, due diligence, entitlement work, internal approvals, coordination, design and construction.

Past Experience
Tom joined United Properties in 2017, with an initial focus on supporting industrial and office development teams. Since then, he has led several complex, multi-phased mixed-use projects, including the 50-acre, $350 million redevelopment of the Upper Harbor Terminal in Minneapolis. Prior to joining United Properties, Tom served as a tenant representative advisor at Cresa Minneapolis, leading small to large-scale projects from site selection through project occupancy. Additionally, he spent time as a land developer at Homestead Partners. Tom began his career as an architect at BWBR working on health care and behavioral/mental health facilities.

Professional and Community Involvement
Tom is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP.

 Education
Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas.
